TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

(THIS IS IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ)

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOU”) carefully. You must agree to these TOU before you are permitted to use any LifeLeap Coaching, LLC ("New Bitch Energy® Membership") digital or downloadable resources, online courses, one-on-one or group coaching, classes, programs, workshops, masterminds, or trainings, or enter any online private forums operated by the LifeLeap Coaching, LLC ("New Bitch Energy® Membership") (collectively "the Membership").

If you do not agree with these TOU, you may not use the Membership.

As used in these TOU, the term “Releasees include LifeLeap Coaching, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, coaches, representatives, successors, and assigns.

1. The Membership and Private Coaching

As part of the Membership and Private Coaching, you will receive the services outlined on the web page where you registered or listed in your member portal. Private coaching clients will receive personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to their needs, goals, and challenges. The primary goal of the Membership will always be customer satisfaction and enhancing the end-user experience. Occasionally, this may involve streamlining or reproducing content to better serve our members. The LifeLeap Coaching Team may modify the services and elements included in the Membership at its sole discretion.

2. Participants

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and either currently identify as a woman or were raised and socialized as a woman, and identify as a badass ready to level up to join the Membership. We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds who are ready to bring their unique perspectives and energy. The Program will contain content not suitable for children.

3. Payment

You agree to the payment terms selected at checkout. If payment is not received, the LifeLeap Coaching Team reserves the right to terminate your access to the Membership.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

The LifeLeap Coaching Team has a no-refund policy. By purchasing the Membership or Private Coaching, you agree that all sales are final. You may cancel your Membership at any time, as there is no commitment to continue. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the Membership until the end of your current billing period.

For Private Coaching, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed upon by the LifeLeap Coaching Team. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, the LifeLeap Coaching Team may consider rescheduling or refunding sessions at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Membership is owned by the LifeLeap Coaching Team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.

6. Conduct in Membership and Private Coaching

The Membership is a pitch-free zone. You agree not to market, promote, or sell any products, groups, or events to Membership participants without prior approval from the LifeLeap Coaching Team. Disrespectful behavior towards other participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Membership.

During group sessions, workshops, and private coaching, you are expected to be supportive of others' opinions and experiences, even if they differ from yours. We value diversity and expect participants to respect all members regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, socio-economic background, religion, or other identities. Always support and respect one another. Engage mindfully and ask for permission before giving advice. And above all, challenge yourself to really show up, share the messy parts, celebrate the successy parts, and HAVE FUN! 💃

7. Confidentiality

The LifeLeap Coaching Team agrees to keep information shared in the Membership confidential unless required by law. You agree to keep other participants' information confidential as well. No screenshots or sharing of any information with members outside of the group. Treat others with the sensitivity, compassion, and consideration with which you would like to be treated (a great rule of thumb to live by with all the other humans).

8. Termination

The LifeLeap Coaching Team reserves the right to terminate your access to the Membership at any time without refund if you breach any part of these TOU.

9. Disclaimer for Membership and Private Coaching

The Membership and Private Coaching are for informational and educational purposes only and do not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological services or advice. You are responsible for your own journey, actions, and results. We encourage you to show up for yourself and seek professional advice when needed. Please note that the content shared within the Membership and during Private Coaching is based on the coach or facilitator's personal journey, experiences, skills, tools, and education, and is intended to help you improve your own journey. This is their lived experience. Take what resonates, and leave what doesn’t. You should always decide what is best for you, and you will learn how to get better at this in the Membership or through Private Coaching!

The LifeLeap Coaching Team cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Membership or Private Coaching. All results depend on your own effort and commitment.

The LifeLeap Coaching Team makes no guarantees of results or particular outcomes. Participation is at your own risk, and by using our services, you acknowledge that results vary for each individual.

10. Legal Disputes

These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts nearest to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
