No Goal Gals π―
I signed a new client a few months ago, and she's another one of my βno-goal-gals."
It's always so fascinating to me because I have always been a little goal crackhead. π€£
Here's the crazy exciting thing I've noticed with the no-goal-gals.
They are all usually pretty successful.
BUT, they are only getting the crumbs of what is available for them.
The low hanging fruit so-to-speak.
The results once we start working together are CRAZY.
And it is usually confusing for them because it feels like less effort (because it often does take less effort.)
This one, in particular, is a salesperson.
She hits the sales goals that her employer sets.
She shows up and just does her thing, and it works.
No intention, no personal goal, no real structure or strategy.
Her default mode just "works" for her.
So we started working on weekly goals that she set, reverse-engineering them, testing new strategies, etc.
She started seeing INSANE results right out of the gate.
Like uber-sales-bonus level of results.
Which is SUPER fun considering she's not actually working harder.
If your default mode = success.
Your deliberate mode = shattering the damn ceiling and π€― success.
I will teach you the math (strategy for your unique circumstances, time management, etc.), and the drama (mindset) behind showing up in your life (for any goal).
It's the most extreme act of self-care you can take.
It doesn't matter if it's a work goal, a financial goal, a relationship goal, I just-want-to-love-myself goal, or an I just-want-to-have-a-better-life goal.
Setting goals will not:
- Add too much pressure (mindset will solve this)
- Set you up for failure (give me a microphone for this one, anybody? ) π€ No, no, no, no
- Be too restrictive for you to enjoy your life (it's the exact opposite)
Setting goals WILL:
π― Help you honor what is most important to you in life
π― Help you feel great about what you accomplished at the end of the week, month, year, life
π― Stop the cycle of getting to Friday and thinking I-was-busy-AF-but-I-didn't-do-anything-that-actually-moved-the-needle cycle.
π― Help you calm the part of your brain that just wants Netflix, TikTok, Cheese Enchiladas, and Facebook.
π― Show you how powerful you are right now.
We will work together to set your goal, reverse-engineer it, and you come to your session each week with the results.
You will either earn a Qualified Failure, Unqualified Failure, or a win.
An unqualified failure isn't a negative thing.
We will learn enough about you and that strategy for it to be just as impactful as a win.
Super fun, occasionally annoying π, but incredibly powerful.
Once you learn how to do it, you can rinse and repeat for the rest of your life.
